The CareSide are a local, family owned business that has been leading Perth Medical Care for over a generation. Our business is currently going through a growth phase and currently seeking to bring onboard an Office Manager.

With over 100 years of combined experience in delivering General and Specialist Medical and Nursing Services in Western Australia, The CareSide's mission is to give their clients the Best Quality Home Care in Australia.

**The Opportunity**:
Part time Monday to Friday 8am-1pm

Salary $65000 plus super (pro rata)

The company is looking for an Office Manager to join their team in the Subiaco area to start immediately.
This role will suit a superstar administrator who can work with mínimal supervision
You will enjoy working in a fast paced environment
You will thrive working in a team environment as well as independently

**Key Responsibilities**:
Maintain a friendly, professional and helpful manner, have a Professional phone manner.
Management of office facilities
Triaging team member and consumer issues raised
Act as a valued team member by undertaking other duties and responsibilities as may be required from time to time

**About You**:

Have exceptional customer service skills and a positive “can do attitude”
Have excellent presentation and communication skills
Strong administration skills
High attention to detail
Willingness to learn and be challenged
