**About the Role**
- Establishing projects for the team within our Finance software.
- Project accounts management and report generation.
- Accounts Payable and Receivable.
- Managing sub consultant and contractor accounts.
- Ad hoc administration and accounting tasks.

**About You**

This role requires a pro-active person with the ability to use their initiative and work autonomously as well as part of a team. Key skills and experience required for this role include:
Previous experience in an accounts payable/receivable or similar role with exposure to project accounting.

Great attention to detail and a demonstrated high-level of accuracy.

Effective time management and organisational skills.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including: Excel (Charts and formulas) and Outlook.

Experience within the Construction Industry using BST Global will be highly regarded.

Formal Accounting qualifications will be advantageous but not essential.
