**About the Role**:
An opportunity exists for an energetic, communicative and motivated Account Manager who categorically thrives on achieving and exceeding sales, profitability and market growth within a designated territory.

Reporting to the Business Manager, you will:

- Develop, own and implement business, product and sales strategies to grow revenue and market share within a defined territory.
- Develop and deliver persuasive proposals to existing and prospective clients within the print and signage industries.
- Establish and maintain strong and sustainable external and internal customer relationships.
- Effectively and efficiently manage systems and procedures to monitor, control and communicate performance against budgets and forecasts.
- Maintain an up-to-date awareness of market conditions and the company’s products and services.
- Participate in promotional activities to support each of the brands represented in the marketplace.
- Actively contribute to the overall success of an established and well-respected business operating under a visionary leader.

**About You**:
To be successful in this role, you will be an ambitious, outgoing and people-oriented front-line salesperson with exceptional interpersonal skills and a “can-do” attitude.

You will have an aptitude for maximising sales performance, profitability and growth in a competitive environment.

**Key criteria**:

- Must be an Australian / New Zealand resident or citizen. Sponsorship is not offered for this role. (No temporary visas, unfortunately)
- 3+ years of successful sales or related experience
- Broad-based understanding of territory management
- Vision, drive and a tenacious instinct for sales
- Ability to problem solve and think outside the square.
- A flair for customer service, sales and business development
- Excellent interpersonal skills to drive collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- A sense of urgency, outstanding time management and organisational skills
- Current driver’s licence
