Virginia, Australia Retail Centre Full time

You will enjoy a busy and varied admin and accounts support role, be highly organised, well spoken and presented, enjoy working with people of diverse backgrounds and have relevant previous experience gained within a mid sized business.

The Role:

- Process supplier invoices
- Statement reconciliations
- Bank reconciliations
- Answer and address incoming telephone calls
- Scan and file documents
- Data Entry
- Cross check data
- Debt management
- Fortnightly Payroll
- General Administrative duties
- Ad-hoc duties as required

About You:

- Minimum 3 years experience with an accounting software, Quickbooks or similar
- Experience working with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Experience in processing payroll, (MYOB preferred but not essential)
- Experience in Human Resources
- High level of computer literacy
- Outstanding level of attention to detail
- Strong numerical accuracy and problem solving skills
- Clear and accurate written and verbal skills
- Great time management skills
- Ability to multitask
- Able to maintain efficiency and effectiveness when workload fluctuates
- Excellent phone manner and very fluent English skills
