Join our friendly Inbound customer service team working on behalf of Public Transport Victoria.

In this role, you will be handling incoming calls from PTV customers with inquiries ranging from updating personal information, Myki and journey planning enquiries, and V-line Bookings. Over time you can upskill and move onto more complex call types and back-of-house tasks. This role will see you speaking to a broad range of customers - anyone using public transport in Victoria

Key Details- Customer Service Agent- Melbourne CBD- Start Date: Multiple Start Dates December, January and February- Weekly Hours: Full Time 38 hours a week | Casual (Up to 38 hours)- Centre Hours: Full Time Roles: 6am to Midnight (Rotating Rosters)Training: 1 Week

To be successful in this role, you will need to:
- Be able build a relationship with customers over the phone within set timeframes- Adhere to comprehensive compliance standards- Deliver amazing customer experiences every time- Complete a National Police Clearance and Bankruptcy Check- Have full work rights to work within Australia
