MGS (Mars Global Services) Commercial Operations Manager Logistics is responsible for the execution of the Logistics category strategies for all Mars segments in ANZ and reports directly to the Strategic Sourcing and Operations Director ANZ. Located at any Mars site (ie., Melbourne, Sydney, Ballarat, Wodonga, Wyong) this is an exciting opportunity to join the well regarded MGS team to take a lead role in the ANZ logistics community.

**What are we looking for?**
- Significant experience in working and negotiating with logistics providers
- Demonstrated stakeholder partnering and management, where influencing without authority is a key skill
- Ideal but not essential is experience in an FMCG environment
- Confidence to handle tough conversations and manage conflict or issues when they arise

**What would be your key responsibilities?**
- execute an enterprise wide annual execution plan (AEP) for ANZ across the Logistics Category and their respective subcategories
- connect and align with the APMEA sourcing category directors for logistics, and the local ANZ logistics sourcing manager in order to implement the strategy locally
- providing functional support and management to the operation buyers
- responsible for ensuring supplier performance and is the first point of contact for suppliers and internal clients
