**About the Role**
As a Strategic Account Manager at Team Global Express (TGE), you will be responsible for leading key strategic accounts or a bespoke portfolio of strategic accounts. Your primary goal will be to maximise TGE’s profile, share of wallet, and build customer loyalty to optimise retention and expansion. Reporting to the Head of Strategic Accounts, you will develop, expand, and solidify long-term relationships with customers, ensuring key business retention and growth across the customer footprint and network. This role spans all business units, requiring active representation and solutioning to partner effectively.
**What You'll Do**
- Develop, implement, and review the customer growth and sales strategy.
- Build, sustain, and expand multi-level relationships and contacts within the customer base, beyond operational/procurement.
- Drive sustainable growth by seeking expansion of current services and identifying cross-sell opportunities from incremental business units.
- Actively identify key customer strategic imperatives and position TGE for new business development opportunities.
- Maintain the customer sales and revenue forecast, ensuring all existing and new opportunities are reported in CRM, reviewed, and progressed within target timeframes.
- Champion internally for the customer at executive and operational levels, developing innovative solutions to better solve customer problems.
