**THE OPPORTUNITY**

An exciting opportunity has become available for an **Operations Supervisor** based in **Fyshwick. **This position involves working as part of our collaborative Operations team - reporting to the Branch Manager.

This is a **FULL-TIME** role.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Oversee production and despatch teams
- Ensure all customer orders are scheduled, loaded and delivered on time and in full
- Oversee the allocation of yard staff, drivers and trucks to meet customer demands
- Supervising Goods Inwards and semi-loading
- Locating finished goods and loading them onto delivery vehicles
- General housekeeping duties
- Conduct tool box and team meetings
- Training in the use of specific items of plant and equipment
- Collaborate with team members, other business areas and projects as required
- Strict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment

**ABOUT YOU**
- Experience in a similar supervisory role, ideally withing building or manufacturing industries
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- A passion to deliver outstanding customer service
- Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines based on production and customer demands
- Be process and system driven
- Relentless approach to ensuring the customers’ needs are met and expectations exceeded
- Proven problem solving ability
- Ability and willingness to operate all machinery
- Computer literate
- Forklift license required
- Willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
- Whilst experience is great, it’ll be your passion, reliable attitude and personality that set you apart
