The opportunity

Your new role

To help drive successful outcomes within the Operating Model stream of our Modernisation program, we are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join the team. Within this role, you will:

- Ensure programs within the Operating Model stream focus on delivering desired strategic objectives and benefit
- Lead programs in alignment with approved program management methodologies and in conjunction with key program stakeholders
- Perform regular program management activities such as tracking and intervention, reporting, and stakeholder engagement

About you

To be considered for this position, you’ll demonstrate:

- Extensive program management expertise across large, complex and matrixed organisations
- Working knowledge of enterprise-wide operating model concepts beyond purely structure
- An understanding of change management impacts for operating model change
- Experience delivering within a SAFe Agile environment
- A strong ability to balance both strategic and tactical, hands-on work
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and management abilities
