The Role*
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about people and loves prospecting and generating sales. A person with natural commercial acumen but is looking for someone to see your talent and create a pathway of success. Based in Hawthorn/Mt Waverley, you will have access to a large data base of leads but will be responsible for generating greater leads through your own tenacity and community networks.
This role is not for the faint hearted; you get back what you put in

**We are looking for someone who**:

- Is highly energised, driven and self-motivated, with a passion for Business Development
- Experience in real estate is highly regarded, but we will welcome applicants with proven sales skillset and experience
- Understanding proactive prospecting styles and a willingness to action high-volume sales calls
- Is highly organised
- Has a great work ethic, honesty, and professionalism with a positive attitude
- Has outstanding communication skills
- Enjoys negotiating, influencing and have strategic conversations
