As a Junior Receptionist at Laser Away, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a welcoming environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Meeting and Greeting Customers**: Be the welcoming face of Laser Away, warmly greeting customers as they enter the clinic and ensuring they feel comfortable and valued.

**Cleaning**: Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the reception area and ensure a hygienic environment for clients.

**Social Media**: Assist in managing Laser Away's social media accounts by posting updates, engaging with followers, and promoting special offers.

**Front of House**: Be the first point of contact for clients, assisting with check-ins, explaining procedures, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

**Stock Take**: Monitor and maintain inventory levels, assisting with restocking products as needed.

**Administrative Support**: Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and appointment scheduling.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Friendly and customer-oriented demeanor.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
