Swim School Receptionist

**Future Swim is looking for passionate, dedicated and organised receptionist to join our growing team**

We are a boutique indoor swim school specialising in baby and beginner learn-to-swim classes - Location (Canterbury)

- **Permanent Shifts** - Say goodbye to shift work We will give you permanent classes so you always know when your working and you get to know the kids in your classes.
- **Never miss out on your holidays** - We are closed on all public holidays as well as 2 weeks over christmas/new years. We run all year round (not on school terms, we are open in school holidays)
- **You only need basic swim knowledge** - We are a learn to swim school (we do not teach squad swimming) We will teach you everything you need to know
- **Pay increases with experience**:

- Once you are confident and have experience teaching at our swim school we will increase your pay
- **Great hours** - Your earliest possible start time is 7:30am and latest possible finish time is 6:30pm
- **No minimum or maximum hours required** - You can work just one shift a week or as many as you like Choose how many hours you would like to work.
- Our pool is heated to 32-33 degrees all year long (especially in Winter)

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Set up and back up of swim school
- Keeping premises clean and tidy
- Greeting customers and marking attendance
- Providing swim instructors with class list and making sure the correct students are entering the correct lesson
- Communicating with customers and helping with questions and queries
- Assisting supervisors and managers in daily operations
- Problem solving and effectively dealing with all issues that may arise within the swim school when management is not there.

**OUR CLASS/SHIFT TIMES**
- **Monday**: (closed - potential to opening up in the future)
- **Tuesday**: 8:30am-1pm + 2:30pm-7pm
- **Wednesday**: 8:30am-1pm + 2:30pm-7pm
- **Thursday**: 8:30am-1pm + 2:30pm-7pm
- **Friday**: 2:30pm-7pm + (potential to opening a morning shift soon)
- **Saturday**: 7:30am-1:30pm
- **Sunday**: 7:30am-1pm

**PAY RATE**
- Hourly pay rate $25

**WHAT YOU NEED TO WORK WITH US**
- Valid CPR Certificate
- Valid Working with Children Check (for those over 18 years old)
- Not necessary however will be a great bonus - AUSTSWIM or equivalent teaching qualification
