**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Due to newly awarded projects, our technology and Communication business requires a **Customer Service Officer/Land Access Representative **to join the team based at our office in **Derrimut VIC**. This role supports the Stakeholder Manager and the regional teams by carrying out the notifications and approvals processes dealing with State, Local and National Heritage. Monitoring and maintaining delivery targets are key functions and regulatory adherence and process compliance is an essential part of this role.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Previous work experience in a similar role dealing with a variety of stakeholders and/or with a strong community focus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Well-developed computer skills with proficiency in Word and Excel is essential
