**Key Responsibilities include**:
- Manage and coordinate the daily functioning of the office of the General Manager and Director of Medical Services in order to deliver a client focussed service and achieve a high level of performance in the demanding management environment.
- Provide high level administrative and corporate support functions, including preparation of submissions, ministerial correspondence, briefings, presentations, reports and other correspondence; organisation of meetings and conferences, including formulation and circulation of agendas, minutes and papers and organising suitable venues.
- Coordinate and assist in the completion of human resource, payroll, and recruitment activities to support effective workforce management on behalf of the General Manager and Director of Medical Services.
- Proactively manage reports, correspondence and submissions as directed for consideration / discussion and take further action as necessary within predetermined authority and monitor time frames to ensure all necessary actions / follow up and responses are completed within these timeframes.
