**ROLES**
Our Human Resource (HR) practitioners directly impact our ability to deliver operations. As a
team we are committed to attracting, developing and retaining the best people to enable our
operations overseas.
We are seeking professional and motivated Human Resource (HR) team members to contribute
to our HR Branch Experience in the following specialisations will be highly regarded: Workforce
Analytics, Workforce Planning Recruitment, Payroll, HR Strategy, Employee Relations and Safety
and Wellbeing.
**Workforce Analytics /Workforce Planning/ HR Strategy**: These roles will contribute to
workforce reporting including insights and analysis of workforce management data. Utilising a
range of human resource datasets, survey responses and contemporary HR research, the
members of this team identify and monitor workforce trends and recommend strategies to
support ASIS Senior Leadership as well as support the implementation and monitoring of
workforce plans.
**Recruitment**:Roles in this team plan and conduct the full life cycle of recruitment activities for
ASIS including contributing to the development of marketing and branding strategies. Refining
and on boarding continuum is a high priority for this team.
**Payroll**: As a Payroll Administration Officer within ASIS you can expect to work within a
dedicated team that has a clear sense of purpose and an understanding of how you can
individually contribute to the security of our nation and fellow Australians. We are seeking to
engage skilled and enthusiastic professionals to fill roles within the ASIS Payroll Administration
team.
**Employee Relations**:As employee focussed roles, these positions provide support and advice
to employees on a range of employment related conditions such as contracts, entitlements and
instrumental in the negotiation of the ASIS Workplace Agreement.
**Safety and Wellbeing**:These influential roles develop and implement health and wellbeing
initiatives to improve WHS management systems and overarching safety performance. They
identify and address emerging safety issues and provide specialist WHS, rehabilitation advice
and rehabilitation support services to internal stakeholders. In addition to delivering WHS
briefings and training sessions, direct client engagement opportunities exist to provide return to
work and injury management support to staff.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS**
**Level 4**
As a level 4 HR officer you may be looking to start your career in HR. If you have the right
attitude and a passion for HR, we can teach you the skills We are looking for enthusiastic team
players that will deliver high-quality, responsive and efficient HR services. You will have a strong
willingness to learn new skills and systems, high attention to detail and be able to determine
priorities.
**Level 5**
As a level 5 HR officer you will have partial HR experience and are looking to grow and develop
your HR career. You will have excellent verbal and written communication, be a problem solver,
and an engaged team player. Good judgement is a must, as well as strong attention to detail
and adaptability. You will able to identify process improvements and manage competing
priorities.
**Level 6**
disciplines and be motivated team leader to deliver high-quality, responsive, and efficient HR
services. You will drive new initiatives, set team priorities, coach and develop junior staff, and
have the ability to problem solve complex HR issues. You may have relevant HR tertiary
qualifications and/or AHRI certification or interest towards obtaining qualifications.

Understand and work within legislative frameworks;
Develop and implementing relevant policies and process documentation;
