What’s the job?
This is a casual position based at our Pulteney Street Campus, in Adelaide. Hours will depend on business requirements, but can be between 10 and 28 hrs per week average.

Accountabilities
In this role, you will:
- Take ownership of enquiries and resolve them in line with service levels.
- Support students with issues relating to enrolment, finance and systems.
- Provide high-quality, compliant service to domestic and international students.
- Collaborate with teams across Student Services, Academic, IT and Finance.
- Educate students on self-service tools and resources.
- Contribute to retention and satisfaction targets, including Net Promoter Score.
- Record all student interactions accurately in the Student Records System.
We are looking for
- 2+ years’ experience in customer service or student experience roles.
- Strong communication, problem-solving and organisational skills.
- Proven ability to deliver excellent service in a KPI-driven environment.
- Experience using Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics (highly regarded).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Collaborative mindset with strong relationship-building skills.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not essential.
