We want to give you the opportunity to grow with us with this exciting role in our Sales Team. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated leader to join our Volvo Cars Brisbane North Dealership as Used Car Sales Manager. As Used Car Sales Manager, you will be prepared to lead from the front, set example through action, and inspire the Used Car Sales team to continually achieve results.

**Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to**:

- Managing budgeted volumes and gross profit/net contribution whilst expanding sales opportunities.
- Maintaining stock balances and executing profitable wholesaling opportunities
- Managing sales and profitability performance for the Used Car Department and for individual Sales Consultants.
- Hands-on sales training, coaching, and mentoring of the Sales Team.

**To be successful in this position, you will have the following skills & attributes;**
- Proven automotive sales experience (preferably within a role of similar scope and/or used vehicles).
- Demonstrated business acumen and leadership abilities.
- Performance management and people development experience.
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and validity of information.
- A flexible outlook to suit a dynamic industry without compromising objectives.
