**The role**

In this role you will work closely with the team to provide operational support to the Resilience Risk Frameworks department. Day to day you will:

- Uplift the controls environment via process modelling
- Coordinate reporting across Resilience Risk for the various committees
- Work with RR and EC&P on controls review plans and assist with uplift and remediation
- Review and uplift policies
- Monitor GRACE findings and treatment plans and assist with closing them
- Monitor GAITS issues and report on their progress
- Complete GRACE system facilitator activities

**What you’ll bring**:
You will be highly motivated, self-driven and strong desire to learn about Risk and risk frameworks at NAB. With outstanding written and verbal communication skills, you can demonstrate the following:

- Tertiary or post-graduate qualifications in commerce, banking, finance, management, business or equivalent
- An understanding of banking and financial services, with an understanding of risk types
- Ability to interact appropriately, influence and work with stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail
- Analytical skills for complex problem solving and ability to effectively leverage multiple data sources
- Ability to deliver superior outcomes on a consistent basis.
