Join our Risk and Advocacy function as an Operational Resilience Risk Manager. This is a senior opportunity to shape and strengthen resilience practices across the organisation.

What You'll Do
  • Lead business resilience and continuity frameworks, policies, and tools
  • Set resilience requirements and oversee Critical Operations
  • Provide Second Line advice, assurance, and regulatory alignment (CPS 230)
  • Drive training, awareness, and a strong resilience culture
  • Lead crisis/incident response and embed lessons learned
  • Report to senior management and mentor team members
What You'll Bring
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in a related discipline (business, law, finance, commerce, IT, mathematics, risk, compliance) is highly desired
  • 5+ years' experience in operational risk and/or operational resilience (including business continuity) roles within a financial services environment
  • Strong understanding of Insurance Operations
  • Demonstrated experience in risk and control frameworks
  • Experience with prudential regulatory frameworks, specifically CPS 230
  • Proven experience in dealing with senior management
