Reporting to the Senior Manager Business Resilience & Technology Risk, the Manager Business Resilience & Technology Risk is responsible for the management of operations, processes and projects associated with implementation of both AGL’s Business Resilience Framework, and broader enterprise Technology Risk.

What you’ll be doing:

- Provide specialist input into the ongoing development of AGL’s Business Resilience Framework, including AGL’s Crisis Management Plan, Crisis Management Handbook and Business Continuity & Crisis Management Standard
- Support business stakeholders in the ongoing assessment and improvement of business continuity plans
- Develop, schedule, and facilitate regular tests of AGL’s Crisis and Business Continuity plans
- Assist in the development of an enterprise-wide test schedule that captures real time activation of continuity and incident response
- Contribute to the preparation of papers for Audit & Risk Management Committee (ARMC) meetings
- Design and execute an implementation plan for AGL’s new enterprise risk and compliance management system including data migration activities
- Provide expert advice to key business stakeholders relating to the enhancement of Technology Risk management practices and controls

About You

What you’ll bring to the table:

- Working knowledge of business continuity assessment and planning frameworks, management of crisis response, and experience in supporting large organisations implementing leading practice in Business Continuity and Crisis Management approaches
- A positive, collaborative, and approachable working style with a willingness to learn on the job, as a proactive team player with shared goals
- Demonstrated ability to understand and communicate the balance between risk reduction and commercial outcomes
- Excellent presentation, communication (verbal and written) and negotiation skills
- Certification with Disaster Recovery Institute International (DRII) and/or Business Continuity Institute (BCI) highly regarded
