**Your Role in Action**
- Inspire and empower a team of specialists, championing a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance
- Lead the charge on condition monitoring programs to catch issues early and keep our fleet running at its best
- Harness the power of data, using predictive maintenance to boost reliability and reduce downtime
- Drive smarter asset strategies that extend fleet life, cut costs, and improve operational efficiency
- Make sure every asset is up to scratch, with inspections done right and nothing slipping through the cracks
- Oversee vital inspections, maintaining integrity, accurate documentation, and timely reporting to regulators
- Partner across teams, aligning reliability goals with wider operational success
- Put safety first, embedding risk awareness and resilience into every reliability process

**What Makes You a Great Fit**
- Solid, hands-on experience in fleet reliability, condition monitoring, or asset management
- A proven track record of values-driven leadership, with the ability to guide and inspire a high-performing team
- Deep knowledge of predictive and reliability-centred maintenance strategies
- Strong working knowledge of fleet maintenance systems, condition monitoring tools, and asset performance platforms
- Sharp data skills — confident in using condition-based monitoring tech and translating reliability data into practical, actionable improvements
- Experience designing and delivering long-term strategic plans (2+ years) to boost fleet performance and reliability
- Formal qualifications in reliability engineering, mechanical engineering, or asset management will be highly regarded
