**About our Client**
As a well-established mid-tier civil contractor in the road construction & maintenance sector, our client has developed a strong portfolio of clients across government and private sector clients with a reputation for reliability, efficiency and personable approach which stems from the top.

With the business going from strength to strength, our client is seeking a motivated and ambitious **Asset/ Fleet Manager** on a full-time and ongoing basis to be based out of their Wangara head office.

**About the Role**
Reporting into the General Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of construction fleet management across metro and regional Western Australia.

This will include;
- Purchasing, performance and maintenance of the organisation’s construction vehicle fleet
- Coordinating the delivery, maintenance and return of vehicles,
- Lead the development, implementation, review and monitoring of best practice fleet policy and procedures, etc.

**About You**
You will have extensive experience working within the civil construction industry, with a strong knowledge of mobile plant associated with road construction and road maintenance projects. This includes trucks, trailers, rollers, graders, loaders, water carts etc.

You will demonstrate the following skills & attributes:

- Tertiary Qualifications (Diploma, Degree etc in Business, Logistics, or similar)
- Mechanical/ Maintenance background is highly advantageous
- Minimum 10 years of industry experience, with at least 3-5 years in a similar position
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent interpersonal skills and business acumen

This is a permanent role and the expected salary is $130k - $155k + super + Vehicle, commensurate on your experience
