Technical Account

**Responsibilities, authorities and accountabilities**- Be responsible of continuous tracking of technical issues relevant to Customer installed fleet, providing support to experts in issues resolution through interaction with Customer, data collection leveraging also remote monitoring and diagnostic (BH iCenter) for operational and maintenance optimization. - Coordinate multidisciplinary Engineering team (Regional technical support, HQ technical support, Product engineering etc.) to expedite issues resolution and RCA completion, assuring a proactive approach in line with customers expectation. - Set up operating rhythm with Customer (periodic calls, site visits and coordination meetings) to discuss technical issues and tasks, to understand Customer needs, share progresses, agree dispositions and paths forward; - Provide technical support to other functions (PM, CPM, FSE etc.) and Customer in outages upfront planning and during execution. This may include: review of applicable/applied NIC/SB, collection/analysis of asset/design variation to issue "As Running" documentation, coordination of FMEA, technical risk abatement plans. - Initiate and promote new lesson-learnt introduction to proactively improve fleet operations and to feed products improvements into new designs; - Lead BH iCenter data analysis to improve Reliability and Availability of customer installed fleet, coordinating the assigned engineering team to define the most recurrent causes of trips, (relevant to systems/sub-systems/components in BH scope of supply) and to identify possible corrective actions for fleet reliability improvements; - Lead special tasks/initiatives like site surveys, fleet health checks, fleet-tailored maintenance recommendations; - Review and approve BH iCenter notifications and Reports. Assure these are in line with Customer requirements. - Evaluate possible retrofits / upgrades. **Required Qualifications**- Master of Science in Engineering; - Competence and experience on main turbomachinery technical disciplines, both for flange to flange and auxiliaries; - Willingness and ability to travel 30% of the time; - Sound analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills; - Familiar with failure analysis steps and RCA process; - Team working and leading; - Able to work with and coordinate multicultural team; - English fluency; **Desired Characteristics**- Deep knowledge of BH equipment operability, with sound experience on Heavy Duty Gas turbine technologies (Fr5/7/9) - Knowledge of international standard for BH and in general, O&G Business; - CE Mark knowledge; - Experience in leading Dynamic simulation study; - NDT knowledge; - Vibration analysis knowledge; - Experience in leading design review and Hazop or Ergonomic & EHS Study meetings; - Experience as Resident engineer c/o Customers or Site engineer; - Tutoring experience. **About Us**: We are an energy technology company that provides solutions to energy and industrial customers worldwide.
