Coordinator/ Scheduler

We have a service centre located in Marrickville with our head office located in Warriewood. **THE ROLE**

We are looking for a Service Coordinator to organise the field activities of the fire service division. Communicate directly with technicians, customers, vendors, and suppliers. You will be responsible for scheduling all field personnel for preventive maintenance contracts, service repairs & replacements. The role can be based from our Warriewood or Marrickville Office, with the option to work from home considered after probation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responding to customer queries.
- Managing, scheduling, coordinating and dispatching field technicians/testers to undertake service and repairs.
- Monitoring AFSS due dates and ensuring they are submitted and received on time.
- Liaising with Operations Manager to keep track of resources for service and repairs jobs whilst ensuring jobs are compliant within the industry standards.
- Raising WO/PO’s for parts and services where required.
- Invoicing of maintenance and quoted jobs.

Skills and Experience

**ESSENTIAL**

To be successful in the role, you will have
- Previous experience in a service coordinator role within the building services industry.
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to manage and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines
- Enjoy a fast-paced environment
- Coordinate professionally with stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail
- Microsoft Office programs

**DESIRABLE**
- Experience in scheduling and planning
- Service management systems training (simPRO and/or Salesforce preferred)
- Experience in the Fire industry or similar

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
