**Responsibilities**
- Liaise with high level and senior internal and external stakeholders to coordinate meetings and other events
- Liaise with internal groups, public and private sector agencies.
- Support projects where necessary.
- Other adhoc responsibilities as requested by Directors

**Requirements/Skills**
- Experience working as Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or Team Assistant
- Experience providing admin support to senior members of staff is essential
- Ideally you have worked in the education industry
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills - must be professional and be able to speak to high level stakeholders
- Must be professional, polished, organised, proactive and confident in a fast-paced environment and being able to navigate conflicting priorities in a calm manor
- Ability to prioritise work, high attention to detail, ability to take the initiative
- Be able to keep the Directors on track with meetings
- Time management skills, comfortable working towards deadlines
- Tech Savvy - excel skills is a must, power point, google mail. Ideally Diligent and CompliSpace
