**About the Business**

Shopa Docket pioneered localised savings in Australia in 1986 utilising the blank space on the back of supermarket receipts with printed offers from local businesses - giving the Aussie consumer great savings. It was the first innovation of its kind in Australia. Proudly, we have grown into a household name and now provide thousands of printed offers instore with our 1400+ distribution partners.

**In 2020 Shopa Marketing was born following numerous requests from our **clients to help them with their own digital marketing needs.

By opening the doors to our in-house team we have been able to assist clients with Social Media, Search Engine Optimisation, Pay-Per-Click, and much more.

**About the Role**
- Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts
- Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns
- Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
- Collaborate with other internal teams (e.g. product and sales) to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives
- Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities
- Develop and create marketing materials, such as sales and product collateral, and ensure brand guidelines are met

**Skills and Experience**

At least 5 years’ marketing or communications management experience and demonstrated ability to use technology, digital marketing channels and tools

Excellent and proven project management skills

Proven ability to manage a small team

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
