**Global Luxury Beauty Brand - Adelaide**
Now Hiring | The Client Experience Expert is the ultimate ambassador for this Global Luxury Beauty Brand with demonstrated capability and expertise in make up and/or skincare and services with an ability to deliver an elevated client experience. You are someone who is recognized in your field as holding expertise in either makeup artistry or skincare expertise.
This role is key to developing and delivering the ultimate client experience - you are a leader in the beauty industry and will join this business as part of their wider National Events team - representing the brand through events and pop ups on a 30 hour per week contract.
You will work across events and client activities - travelling interstate for events and working closely with the Client Experience and National Events teams to execute the annual events calendar.
You will be a leader in the clientelling culture - focused on client recruitment and retention.
Through your role and expertise you will |
- Demonstrate a solid knowledge of the Brand, its heritage, modernity and know-how on Fragrance & Beauty business
- Share the brand difference with clients using storytelling techniques and introducing clients to the immersive luxury experience of their products and services
- Lead and host events and activities - ensuring all event KPIs and intended outcomes are achieved.
- Act as a positive influencer in POS - proactively share skills and expertise with retail teams.
- Ensure impeccable grooming at all times to project the brand image.
We are looking for |
- Superior makeup artistry and / or skincare therapy certification and experience.
- Demonstrated capability in leading and supporting small, medium and large scale events and multiple locations. This includes related experience in hosting events.
- Proven retail sales track record with a solid ability to recruit clients and drive brand loyalty.
- Solid understanding of client journey experience and key client segments, profiles, characteristics and behaviors with a proven ability to facilitate effective outcomes for the business.
- Capability to improve business efficiency by leveraging opportunities that drive client value.
- Passion for helping others to grow, share knowledge and expertise and be a positive influencer within the organisation.
- Empathy and excellent communication skills to communicate effectively and maintain good relationships with stakeholders (internal and external).
- Flexible and positive mindset to embrace changes and agility to adapt.
This role will be focused on events which will see you mainly working weekends, and when not in events you will work in boutiques supporting the upskilling of In store Therapists.
