**ABOUT THE ROLES**

**Personal Shopper | Ready-To-Wear Expert | Watches & Jewellery Expert**
In these roles, you will be primarily responsible for being a fundamental brand ambassador and product expert, with specific focus on developing existing and cultivating new client relationships within our brands. You will be an expert in the lifestyle of our brands and share innate knowledge of ready-to-wear, watches & jewellery or our other exceptional product offerings.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

These roles are best suited to a results-driven and enthusiastic professional who is eager to join a high-performing team and acquires a passion fashion-forward luxury goods. This is a unique opportunity, providing great diversity in products, duties, and responsibilities. In addition, you will be a valuable and fundamental driver of the following tasks:

- Achieve individual and team objectives, taking accountability for sales outcomes
- Welcome every client and enhance their experience, extending to exchanges and after-sales services
- Discover every client, closely following existing clients, and proactively recruit new ones, leveraging the different tools to engage and build long term relationships
- Perform as a team player, participating in all activities, and contributing to overall store objectives
- Provide consultations and be able to deal with the most demanding situations
- Responsible for the visual merchandising and day-to-day appearance of specific category
- Respect brand standards in terms of grooming and behaviour
- Follow company policies and procedures

**ABOUT YOU**
- 3-5 years specialty retail experience
- Industry gained knowledge of fashion accessories, watches and jewellery or other exceptional and high-end product offerings
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including both written and verbal
- Be a team player; proactive attitude, dependable, flexible, punctual
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing needs
- Be fashion-forward, having a passion for fashion and luxury goods
- Professional presentation is vital
