**FUNCTION & EVENT COORDINATOR**
St Marys Rugby League Club creates great times and memorable moments in the heart of Western Sydney and is proud of its reputation as a premier Sydney entertainment and sporting facility but with a real sense of family and community spirit.

Reporting to the Functions & Event Manager your main responsibilities will be:
- The main point of contact for all clients, suppliers for all stages of a function.
- Pro-actively follow up on quotes & enquiries to develop business and securing new business.
- Maintain strong relationships will all existing and new clients.
- Ensure the complete execution of all planned events.
- Manage an event from inception to completion.
- Distribute accurate details of all events to external & internal stakeholders.
- Liaise and maintain open communication with all relevant departments to ensure the exact execution of an event.
- Assist with function & event room setup.
- Meet & greet organisers of function & events on arrival.
- Coordination of Rugby League events for Saints Stadium.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years experience in event management.
- Sound knowledge of successful event coordination and planning.
- Knowledge of Eventpro & Eventdraw an advantage.
