**Job Description**:
We are looking for an Afternoon Team Manager to join our Global Logistics function based in Somerton Victoria. This hand on role is Monday
- Friday, working 2pm - 10pm.

As a Team Manager your role will be to direct, coordinate and meet service objectives for the customer. You will also be responsible for leading the warehouse team to ensure outstanding results are achieved whilst driving a strong commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage warehousing activities and ensure work is performed safely
- Drive a strong safety culture and safety initiatives across the warehouse
- Building and promoting a team environment that works collaboratively
- Identify continuous improvements and encourage an innovative culture
- Manage daily labour against requirements and projects
- Ensure customer expectations are met and managed accordingly

**Qualifications**:
**To be successful in this role, you will need**:

- Operational warehouse experience, knowledge and ability
- Experience training, coaching and mentoring a team
- Highly organised and able to juggle competing priorities effectively under time pressures
- Strong customer service orientation
- Proven problem solving ability with a solutions orientation
- Ability to establish and maintain effective rapport with personnel at all levels, within and external to Toll
- A High Reach Forklift license would be a bonus
- Experience working in a warehouse, preferably 3PL will be highly regarded
