We are actively recruiting for an experienced On-Site Team Leader with experience working in a fully automated warehouse facility and preferably coming from an Intralogistics, FMCG, Manufacturing, or Heavy Industrial background. This site runs 24 hours; however, this role will be Monday to Friday with x1 Sunday required once a month.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical product support to technicians during breakdowns, shutdowns, and all preventative Maintenance activities.
- Take the lead during breakdowns and coordinate the resolution requirements in conjunction with the CSS site Manager and the customer.
- Complete CMMS-allocated work by the scheduled dates.
- Ensure maintenance & repairs are carried out to meet OEM standards and specifications.
- Provide support to CSS Site Manager to establish and train new technicians on Automated products.
- Liaise with the international helpdesk to provide remote support to resolve technical issues.
- Liaise with the R&D department to resolve design issues and prepare product improvement recommendations.
- Update CMMS with repair comments and data as required.
- Update CMMS with spare parts consumed from inventory and make recommendations to adjust inventory levels.
- Allocate scheduled maintenance tasks to resident technicians.
- Proactively work with the customer's operations team to maintain a harmonious and productive work environment.
- Participate in regular team meetings with CSS Site Manager to identify inefficiency and monitor continuous improvement processes.
- Prepare monthly report for CSS Site Manager as directed. E.g., Breakdown report, spare parts inventory check, and areas identified for improvement.
- Actively participate as a team member of the safety committee onsite and always promote a safe work culture.
- Improve and document processes, e.g., machine set-up, maintenance tasks.
- Contribute and execute Continuous Improvement activities.
- Contribute to ordering process improvements and miscellaneous tasks.
- Provide role cover for when technicians are on break, sick, or on other leave.
- Provide role cover for site manager duties while they are not available or not on site.
- Other tasks as requested by your manager.

**Experience & Key Skill set**:

- Experience with Computerized Maintenance software.
- Advanced knowledge of automated warehouse machinery.
- Ability to work under pressure and follow procedures.
- Have strong organizational skills and be happy working on your own as well as part of a team environment.
- Experienced in fault finding/diagnosis on mechatronics.
- Advanced customer focus skills.
- 6 years post-trade in industrial automation
- Hands-on approach to supporting your team.
- Ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders.

**Qualifications**
- Mechanical Trade Certificate
- Pneumatic & Hydraulics Post Trade Certificate - an advantage
- Disconnect and reconnect experience.
