Reporting to the Branch Manager of CMV Truck & Bus Traralgon, this is a rare and exciting opportunity for an exceptional Manager to lead, support and strategically oversee the daily operations of our Service Departments. A key success factor for this position is the ability to lead and engage strong service teams across multiple departments to ensure that our people are highly engaged and have the resources and support required. The Service Manager will build solid partnerships with customers and all in-house departments to ensure the agreed KPI’s are met whilst proactively offering ‘value add’ solutions designed to offer customers a competitive advantage.
