We are currently seeking an experienced Client Services Coordinator to join our Business Advisory team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to advance their bookkeeping & administrative career with one of Australia’s leading accounting and advisory firms

This is a full-time, onsite, permanent opportunity based in our Traralgon office.

**What will your typical week look like?**
- Provide courteous and efficient customer service to all clients and staff.
- Ad hoc tasks including phone and mail management, preparing client packs and billing.
- Being responsible for invoicing and WIP Management.Providing end to end bookkeeping services, including payables and receivables.

- You are passionate about Bookkeeping and helping businesses grow
- Experienced in using Microsoft Suite.
- A genuine team player with a friendly, helpful, and constructive attitude.A quick learner who has high attention to detail, time management and prioritisation of tasks.
