**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives
- Manage and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional marketing
- Conduct market research to identify trends and insights to inform marketing strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding
- Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources
- Supervise and mentor junior marketing staff, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, ideally in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making
- Proficient in marketing analytics and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, etc.
