**The Role**
- Managing daily direct debit files, ensuring accurate processing and timely reconciliation of customer loan and lease receipts.
- Handling contract terminations, as well as contract and dealer maintenance processes.
- Processing daily dealer payments and providing support for loan and lease origination funding.
- Managing accounts payable tasks, including submitting invoices for approval, processing AP payments, and running remittance advices.
- Proactively following up on outstanding invoices and running age payable reports for effective financial management.
- Conducting thorough analysis of AP invoices to ensure accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Providing invoicing and dealer commission support to ensure timely and accurate compensation.
- Assisting with month-end closing procedures and performing general ledger reconciliations.
