**About the Role**
We are currently seeking a motivated and strategic **Network Development Manager** to join our **Sales & Network** team. Based in our Sydney office in Macquarie Park.**As Network Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that align with our broader business objectives. Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- ** Develop and implement a comprehensive network strategy** to support the growth of our dealership footprint in key strategic locations.
- **Identify and engage potential dealership partners**, conducting evaluations and leading negotiations for new partnership agreements.
- **Oversee the onboarding process** for new dealerships, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and compliance with brand and operational requirements.
- **Manage Corporate Identity (CI) projects**, including monitoring construction and implementation to ensure consistency and quality across the network.
- **Collaborate cross-functionally**, particularly with the Aftersales Team and other departments, to ensure network development initiatives align with overall business goals.
- **Monitor industry trends and market dynamics** to proactively adapt strategies, and integrate regulatory requirements and competitive insights into planning.
- **Liaise with HQ Network Development teams** to localize global strategies and drive continuous improvement in local implementation.
- **Lead and mentor a team** of network development and CI professionals, promoting a high-performance culture grounded in collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
**Key requirements**:
- 5+ years experience in automotive sector preferred at OEM, Dealership
- Strong prospecting and relationship building skills.
- Advanced negotiation, persuasion and closing skills.
- High analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record of achievement, plus the ability to contribute and work in a team environment.
- Willingness to business travel.
