An opportunity has arisen for a motivated and hardworking **Grounds Supervisor** to join our team at the Queensland Alumina Limited (QAL) on a Full-Time basis, working Monday to Friday.

You will be maintaining and improving the landscaped areas, garden beds, hard landscaping and general grounds of the QAL.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Demonstrated ability to maintain grounds and gardens with sound knowledge of plants on site and their cultural requirements.
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety practices along with the use of hand and powered tools in a safe manner.
- Knowledge of chemical use, storage and handling requirements and personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Excel and able to create spreadsheets for scope of works and Team allocation of duties.
- Strong customer service focus and the ability to work within a team.
- Hold a open Driver’s licence plus hold or have a willingness to obtain an Elevated Work Platform (EWP) licence, Working Safely at Heights licence and First Aid/ CPR certificate.
- Certificate II in Horticulture or equivalent is desirable.

**WHAT WE OFFER**

- Working on an Industrial Caustic Site
