**The Company**:
Our client provides civil construction services across a range of industries (i.e. government, industrial, commercial, residential, subdivisions, more), and is offering experienced Civil Supervisors and Leading Hands the opportunity to take a new step in their career.

**The Role**:
The right individual will be focused, have strong communication skills, and the ability to think strategically. Your role will largely consist of supervising and managing medium to large civil sites while working closely with subcontractors, junior, and senior staff at any given time. This is a great opportunity to find long term work with a fast growing civil company.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role - Supervisor or Leading Hand
- Civil Supervisor and/or machinery operating licenses and competencies highly regarded
- Tenure with previous organisations;
- Day to day supervision and coordination of subcontractors;
- Demonstrated experience in the supervision of civil works;
- Strong ability to manage the people and plant with safety as the key priority;
- Proven leadership, coordination and supervision of civil works;
- Ensuring works remain in line with the budget and delivery program of the Project;
- Liaising with Client representatives;
- Happy to help out on the ground when needed.
