We are excited with our expansion and now have the opportunity for someone to join this exciting and vibrant team as a Residential Scheduler / Estimator. We are after someone with experience in residential construction to join us in a full time capacity. The role is to schedule a variety of Homes within different brands as required with the opportunity for estimating responsibilities and a career pathway. We are open to flexible hours if required.
**Job Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Produce quantity take offs and raise purchase orders
- Ability to interpret all contract documents and plans
- Manage construction costs and schedule jobs within acceptable time frames
- Action construction variations
- Liaise and support the Construction team
- Able to work directly with suppliers to negotiate and communicate efficiently to achieve the desired outcomes
- Work cohesively with the scheduling team to achieve KPIs and goals
**Skills and Experience**
- Demonstrate previous Scheduling experience for single and two storey residential housing
- Excellent time management skills, and the ability to prioritise work and work to deadlines
- Computer literacy and knowledge of office management systems
- Current authority to work within Australia
- Experience with Databuild is preferred
- Ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills
