We have an exciting opportunity for an** Part Time Finance Administrator** **Officer **to join our team in Wetherill Park NSW**. **Reporting to the **Group Financial Controller** - Corporate**, you will be responsible to provide high level customer service and administrative support to the Sunshine North branch and service excellence to our account customers. The role will also include but will not be limited to the following **responsibilities**:
- Updating the Cashflow on a daily basis to record and balance to the bank accounts for both Ausreo Accounts
- Updating the Cashflow for AP to ensure planned payments are included on a weekly basis
- Posting the Debtor Finance account payments journals from the bank statement into AX
- Reconciliation of Bank Accounts on a daily basis
- Processing Credit notes in a timely manner
- Prepare banking journals
- Clear old transaction on bank rec in conjunction with AR team
- Process scrap weights and invoice as required and match against payment.
- Review Open purchase orders in conjunction with AP team
- Process of Hunter Premium Insurance Journals monthly in General Ledger
- Assist in Stocktake by recording the results in spreadsheet /AX and travel to various branches for Stocktake counts
- Assist Group Financial Controller as required
- Assist in sorting and binding of monthly reports
- Ad hoc duties by management when required
**To Be Successful**
- Proven experience in finance administrative duties and Data entry.
- Strong attention to detail
- High level relationship management skills
- Customer orientated, capable of competently liaising with internal staff and customers in professional and pleasant manner
- Goal orientated and effective time management skills required to meet set deadlines
- Proven ability to multitask and be flexible and adaptable to manage changing work requirements and varying volumes of work
- High level written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, demonstrating strong initiative and ability to work unsupervised
- High level of proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of programs
