**This is a full-time position within a growing team at TheirCare located at our Glen Iris head office.**

You will be joining our team full of passionate, friendly and committed people We aim to provide exceptional outcomes across our people related functions.

Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will coordinate the recruitment requirements of the business for your portfolio of services/locations across a distributed network.

The day-to-day duties of the role will include activities such as:

- Collaborate with key stakeholders on open roles and partner with your region to ensure clear communication and updates on your portfolio.
- Collaborate with our staff engagement team to ensure a great onboarding process.

**About You**:
Beneficial skills & experience:

- Minimum 1 year’s recruiting experience from a related field (agency, health care, hospitals, education, retail)
- Have experience utilising applicant tracking systems such as Job Adder, Live Hire.
- Have experience maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
- Ability to multi-task between various projects whilst maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both autonomously and as a member of a strong, positive solutions focused team
