**About the role**

Are you a meticulous planner, a problem-solver, and someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We need a Works Ready Coordinator to ensure our substations projects are set up for seamless execution

You will be based at our state-of-the-art Glen Waverley depot where you will be working with a highly supportive and collaborative team. This role is ideally suited to someone who has an electrical background and has a good understanding of VESI requirements.

**Key Responsibilities include**
- Plan & Prepare: Scope works, secure materials, book services, and ensure everything is in place before crews hit the ground
- Optimise Efficiency: Reduce travel time, maximise resources, and streamline work packages for peak productivity
- Risk & Quality Control: Visit sites, identify potential issues, and develop solutions before work even begins
- Data & Reporting: Keep projects on track with accurate data management and reporting
- Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with field crews, contractors, and stakeholders to make sure everything runs like clockwork

**About You**

We are looking for someone who wants to work with an industry leader in power services, where your skills make an impact. Ideally you will have an electrical / utilities background, perhaps even an ex-Electrician who wants to get off the tools and into the planning side of things You will also possess the following:

- Background in power, project management or a related field
- 5+ years’ experience in construction, maintenance planning, or scheduling within electrical networks
- Solid computer skills (SAP, Microsoft Office etc)
- Good understanding of VESI requirements is ideal
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- A passion for safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement
- Driver’s licence is essential
