
Capability & Culture Lead

**What’s the role?**
Reporting to the Head of Capability & Culture, with a leadership remit managing a Capability & Culture Executive, this role is responsible for working with our senior leaders to deliver Capability & Culture initiatives. The role will have a specific focus on our Client and Client Product business units and also collaborate with the wider Capability & Culture and HR team to shape and deliver business wide culture and capability initiatives such as our Leadership & Talent programs of work.
**What’s involved?**
- Meet with Executive & senior leadership members in Client and Client Product to understand business unit strategies and shape and deliver the capability and culture initiatives that support achievement of these
- Be a business partner - work closely with HRMs in both Client and Client Product to understand their key challenges and form coherent solutions to meet these
- Manage and co facilitate the annual talent & succession planning processes within the client and product business units
- Develop your team member and ensure their performance is optimal to support you in achieving the demands of the role
- Work on company wide capability initiatives within the Capability & Culture team
**Who are you?**
- Autonomous and agile learner-, you will be supported to develop skills (i.e instructional design, facilitation etc) but you will also have the ability and willingness to work independently as needed
- High levels of initiative - you will seek to deliver the most creative and effective solutions to difficult strategic capability challenges and deliver ontime and in full
- Presentation and influencing skills - understand how to convey a message clearly and with confidence to all levels including senior leaders
- Ability to use insights to develop actionable initiatives that generate capability solutions that stick
- Ensure that client and product capability solutions generate improved revenue, staff behaviours and demionstarbel skill uplift
