We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Corporate Receptionist.

**Your new company**

This Canberra based organisation is looking for an experienced individual to join their team on a temporary basis to start immediately.

**Your new role**

This role will be the first point of contact for external clients and provide reception and administrative support to the office. Due to an increased workload, this opportunity is available to join this business on a temporary basis.

Your main duties will include:

- Answering and directing calls, answering client enquiries
- Managing the front desk, meeting, and greeting clients
- Managing team calendars, booking appointments
- Process payments from clients, via cheque, cash or Eftpos payments.
- Assist in preparation for meetings, conference, and events.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- 1-3 years’ experience working in a receptionist or similar position
- Must have a strong work ethic, with a desire to take your experience to the next level
- Excellent time management skills, communication, proactive and well-organised
- Current drivers’ licence with a reliable car
- Excellent customer service
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
