**Job Title**:Legal Receptionist

**Duration**:5 weeks

**Location**:Canberra, ACT

**Key Details**
- Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
- On time weekly timesheets and pay
- Preference for double vaccinations
- 100% office based role
- Attractive hourly rate of $35/hr + super
- Corporate attire

**Key Responsibilities**
- Answer incoming phone calls from clients
- Greet clients and visitors at the front desk
- Schedule and maintain appointments
- Maintain and advise team of upcoming appointments
- Ensure relevant forms are completed by clients
- Process outstanding accounts & cash/invoice handling into trust accounts

**Key Experience and Requirements**
- Experience as high level receptionist essential
- Must be corporately polished and well presented
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Can multi-task and handle pressure
- Extremely strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Experience in LEAP high advantageous
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite
