**Role Overview**:
My client is looking for a full-time Collections Specialist to match the rapid growth in customer demand.

As a Collection Specialist, you will have full autonomy for assisting current customers with their overdue repayments.

**Your day will look a little like this**:

- Monitor and investigate overdue accounts on a daily basis
- Contact customers to discuss how to be back on track with their plan
- Modify and manage each allocated customer’s flexible plan
- Update payment status and report updates to other teams
- Work with the credit team to modify payment plan projections

**Your experience and personal attributes will include**:

- Excellent phone manner and interpersonal skills
- Have exceptional attention to detail and organisation skills
- Problem-solving and client-centric approach
- 2 + years experience in a similar role or any role in finance, payment collections, or education sectors
- Knowledge or ability to understand interest and payment calculations
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service
