We are after 2 exceptional sales stars to cover the Sunshine Coast & Brisbane North regions.

This highly rewarding and challenging role of _New Home Sales Consultant_ will be based within our award-winning display homes.

By creating a meaningful, positive and proactive line of communication between all parties involved, you will exceed our clients’ expectations through a delivery of actions that align with Ausmar’s core values of Honesty, Integrity and Transparency.

**Reporting to the Retail Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include**:

- Understanding clients needs and desires to meet set targets.
- Provide clients with exceptional customer service in a busy display centre.
- Generate and manage leads through CRM, manage follow ups and set tasks effectively to generate sales.
- Develop and nurture a strong network of industry professionals to help generate a healthy pipeline.
- Ensure all administration and reporting is completed effectively and efficiently.
- Ensure outstanding presentation standards are maintained in the display home.

**Skills & experience required to become a Sales Team Member**:

- Previous sales experience with new home sales with reputable builder will be looked upon favourably.
- FMCG experience will be looked upon favourably.
- A degree would be advantageous.
- Friendly, positive attitude, willingness to listen and learn, organised, strong work ethic and proactive approach.
- Customer service skills and the ability to build rapport and generate trust with your clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to listen and bring your clients' dreams to life.
- Intermediate PC skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Ability to work effectively alone and in a team.
- Ability to work weekends.
