About the Role

As a New Home Broker, you'll:

  • Match clients with the right builder and home design from our panel of Queensland's top builders
  • Package land and house options that deliver unbeatable value
  • Manage and convert leads to achieve monthly sales targets
  • Build long-term referral networks and client relationships

You'll be supported by proven marketing campaigns, digital siting tools, and a dedicated back-end team — freeing you up to do what you do best: sell.


About You

You're a high-performing sales professional with:

  • Proven experience in new home sales (highly preferred)
  • A drive to maximise your income and performance
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • The ability to work independently while contributing to a team
  • A current Real Estate Sales Certificate (or willingness to obtain — we'll cover the cost for the right person)
