**About the Role**

As a passionate sales assistant you are responsible for supporting the sustainable growth in Endeavour Foundation’s offerings by providing exceptional customer service and motivating supporter sales at Endeavour Foundation’s Prize Homes. You will be a brand-enhancing ambassador responsible for providing a welcoming environment to all supporters and other visitors and supporting the day to day operations of the Prize Home.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Motivate supporter sales by engaging the supporter and passionately conveying the organisation's purpose and values.
- Provide relevant and accurate information to supporters to assist in the sales process.
- Provide clear and concise communication to internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the execution of the start of day and end of day processes in accordance with established procedures and instructions.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and understand the commitment to shared goals.
- Assist with ‘Live House’ presentation by completing tasks including but not limited to:

- Assist in the management of stock and merchandising stock as per merchandising standards to ensure quality standards are upheld.
- Project a professional image to suporters at all times to ensure the brand and organisational values are displayed.

**What will you bring to the role?**
- Previous experience working in a customer service role.
- Ability to use Microsoft Suite of Programmes such as Outlook and Excel, desirable.
- Professional and engaging communication style to develop relationships with colleagues and supporters.
- Ability to deliver clear and concise information and describe products and services to supporters to encourage sales transactions.
- Ability to following instructions and processes, policies and procedures of the organisation.
- Strong attention to detail and customer service ability.

Please note, before commencing with Endeavour Foundation, you will be required to undertake a **“Fit2Work” National Criminal History Check, **hold or be willing to obtain a **Working with Children Check (Blue Card), NDIS Worker Screening Check/Yellow Card** certificate
