**About the role**

We are seeking an experienced** Land Lease Sales Consultant** to join our Vantage team based at our newest community located at Hervey Bay, QLD.

This is a **full-time permanent** opportunity working Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday**.**

**Skills and Experience**
You will have a proven track record of success in** land lease or retirement** **living as a preference**; while residential sales will be considered. Your ability to build effective relationships with customers and community is key and you will thrive working in a fast paced environment.

**To be successful in this role you will also have**:

- An understanding of land lease communities and how they operate
- A passion for customer service and building community
- Excellent communication (verbal/written) and interpersonal skills
- Energy and excitement in attending customer events
- Confidence in networking
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ongoing customer account management
- Strong ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
- Intermediate MS Office skills (Word/Excel)
- Experience using CRM (preferably Salesforce)
- Solutions focused approach to problem solving
- Sound financial acumen

To be eligible for this role you must be able to work 5 days per week including Sundays with flexibility to work a varied roster if required. A current **QLD Rea**l **Estate Licence** is essential along with a valid **QLD Driver's license.**
